Headteacher

An exciting opportunity to shape a brand-new school. We’re looking for an experienced and passionate school leader to join us as Headteacher of our new Stafford school opening to pupils in Summer 2026. As part of the Achieve Beyond Schools group, you will support pupils with associated SEND and SEMH needs and provide creative, relational environments where every pupil is supported to overcome barriers and Achieve Beyond meaningful success. This is a rare opportunity to work with us to build something from the ground up – creating a team, shaping a culture, and designing an environment where young people thrive.

ABS recruitment process

 

After expressing an initial interest and reviewing the information on the schools' website, suitable applicants will be invited to complete an ABS application and self disclosure form. Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to attend an interview which will consist of a short teaching observation or task and a formal interview with safer recruitment trained leaders
