Rolling recruitment
We are always looking for great people and therefore do not set deadlines on our vacancies. We employ qualified teachers but also welcome talented people ambitious to qualify as teachers as well. The specialist nature of our schools, and our pupils' need for consistency, means we are currently unable to consider the use of volunteers; offer sponsorship or employ agency or supply staff.

ABS recruitment process
After expressing an initial interest and reviewing the information on the schools' website, suitable applicants will be invited to complete an ABS application and self disclosure form. Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to attend an interview which will consist of a teaching observation or task and a formal interview with safer recruitment trained leaders.
